Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date information during the registration and usage of SideProjectBuddy.
• Keeping their login credentials confidential and not sharing their accounts with others.
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations related to their use of our services.

Users must refrain from:

• Sharing accounts or credentials with others.
• Utilizing the service in any unauthorized manner.
• Overusing the API or engaging in practices that would drain resources intentionally.
• Using the service for illegal activities or for any purpose that could harm SideProjectBuddy.

Access to certain features may require a subscription, which is powered by Polar.sh. Users will be informed of any fees associated with their subscription.

SideProjectBuddy reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user's account if:

• The user violates these Terms of Use.
• The user is found to be overusing the service or draining API resources on purpose.
• There are any other breaches of conduct that threaten the integrity or security of our services.

SideProjectBuddy shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
• Any responses or outputs generated by the AI from OpenAI. Users acknowledge that the AI may produce unexpected or incorrect responses, and SideProjectBuddy is not responsible for any reliance on such outputs.
